We are looking for a motivated and highly organised individual to manage our projects from conception until sign off. Prior Project Management experience is not necessarily required, if you are an experienced Engineer with excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus and an eye for detail, this could be an exciting next step for you in your career. The knowledge and desire to learn is more important to us and training will be provided if you lack experience in a particular area or technology.

As Project Manager you will attend site and design team meetings regularly and liaise with the architect, client and contractor as well as other professionals. Excellent communication skills are therefore an important part of this role.

You will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of our design documentation and technical information to relevant parties. Alongside our Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sites are ready for our engineering teams so that we can carry out our installation work efficiently and to a high standard. You will be proactive and diligent throughout the project process dealing with any technical queries that arise as well as checking in regularly to ensure the smooth running of projects.

You will be a vital part of our team working from our office in Farringdon in Central London although our projects are across the UK and often in mainland Europe. As a close knit family, we all share the same passion and drive, as well as a desire to be part of a leading company in our industry.

Relevant experience of large-scale integrated systems would be an advantage, especially with some hands-on experience of control systems (Control4 and/or Crestron) and IT networks. An understanding of HVAC and security system integration would also be preferred but is not a requirement.

Other responsibilities will include:

Managing the completion and handover process

Attending site and design team meetings

Co-ordinating with other contractors

Dealing with technical support calls

Submitting order requests for equipment and materials

Making sure design documentation is kept up to date
