First Meeting

At the start of the project we recommend a meeting to run through your requirements and gain an understanding of how you will use each room in the property. A visit to our demonstration facility is also valuable at this stage so you can experience our systems first hand and we can guide you through all of the options available.

Your Brief

Following our meeting, a proposal will be prepared with an overall brief and functional specification for each area of the property, including systems such as lighting control, audio visual and heating integration.

Creating A Look

We invest our time in both the technical requirements of a project and making sure all of the systems will complement the style of your property. We take time to look at every detail, from the finishing and styling of keypads and user interfaces to hidden technology that simply blends into your interiors.

Getting Started

Once you’ve accepted our proposal and we’ve received your design deposit, we will start working with your team and prepare our Design Pack with full technical details of your project. A dedicated Project Manager will also be appointed who will work with both the design and on-site teams during the project.

Site Handover

Our Design Pack is made up of cable schematics and equipment layouts, as well as electrical requirements and elevations. This pack will be handed over to the appointed electrical contractor with our infrastructure cabling who will run the cables to our specification.

Check Up

A number of site visits will be carried out by your dedicated Project Manager to check infrastructure cables have been run to our specification and that areas are ready for our equipment installation. We will also make sure that any links to third party systems such as air conditioning, security and heating systems have been carried out correctly.

Fitting & Testing

Once rooms are painted and decorated, any in-wall and in-ceiling speakers can be fitted by our specialist technicians, along with the termination of the data and media wall sockets. At the same time all equipment racks will be built, commissioned and tested off site in our workshop.

Installation Time

Once the infrastructure is terminated and tested then the room equipment and racks will be supplied and fitted. This needs to be carried out in a completely dust-free environment and all of the building work needs to be finished before we start. Televisions will then be mounted and fitted, as well as any speakers, keypads and in-wall touchscreens.

Handover Point

The control system will now be fitted, with thorough checks run on all elements of the system. Lighting scenes are one of the final additions, and any bespoke changes can be made at this point. Before we leave you, we will provide an on-site training session with your family or team so everyone knows how to use the equipment and can ask any questions.

Help & Support

Once complete, you can sit back and enjoy your new system knowing that you have our 12 month peace of mind warranty package which includes a quarterly maintenance check up. This package also includes any programming changes or alterations that you’d like to personalise your system even further.

After the initial 12 months is complete, we have a range of warranty and servicing packages to choose from. Just ask one of our team for more information at any stage of the process.
