A major refurbishment of a Grade II listed Regency terraced house in Little Venice, Maida Vale.
Our solution:
A Crestron control system was installed at the property, integrating the heating/ cooling (HVAC), audio visual, lighting, intercom , door entry and CCTV systems. Touchpanel controls were provided throughout for easy access to music/ video sources, lighting presets and temperature controls. Lighting scene keypads with built-in temperature sensors were chosen to monitor the temperature within each room reducing the amount of components on the wall and improving the aesthetics of each room. The homeowner has the ability to edit lighting scenes and adjust the temperature within each room using a custom designed web page.
